RESOLUTION SUPPORT

A change of perspective and fresh ideas complemented by creativity and problem-solving skills. Relevant aspects lead to options, you choose the route to transformation. More actively than in mediation, you receive new ideas and impulses as support and guidance for your autonomous communication and action.

MODERATION

Despite good intentions, fruitful communication is often hindered by unsuccessful discussions. Professional moderation - if necessary, enriched with techniques from mediation and coaching - shapes the content in a constructive and targeted way. A neutral, orderly voice offers all participants the opportunity to discuss the issue calmly and clearly.

CONSULTATION

The situation is to be analyzed, the next steps considered and a course of action developed together.

The aim is not to fundamentally change your personal style, but to expand your options for action through an external perspective and expertise.

If a controversial situation has already escalated or is on the way to doing so, a strategy for intervention should be developed promptly. Various roles offer support that are useful in different ways according to the circumstances.
